What problems do you treat?

+

  • Chipped or cracked teeth – treatment for chipped or cracked teeth depends on the severity of the damage, with treatments ranging from simple dental bonding to crowns and veneers and even root canal therapy.
  • Wisdom teeth pain – often the result of impacted wisdom teeth, the solution is to extract these teeth from your mouth.
  • Missing teeth – We will recommend a tooth replacement option based on the number of missing teeth and your preferences. Options for replacing missing teeth include dental bridges, dental implants and dentures.
  • Toothaches – Treatment for toothache depend on its underlying causes, and may be remedied by restorative treatments such as fillings or crowns, or with more invasive treatments such as tooth extractions or root canals. We may also discuss improving your oral hygiene routine or using pain relievers or antibiotics to alleviate tooth pain, as well as checking for gum disease and bruxism to determine if a periodontal treatment or night guard is needed.
  • Teeth grinding – Also known as bruxism, the most common treatment for this condition is a night guard. We may also recommend restorative treatments to repair any damage already done to your teeth.
  • Stained and discolored teeth – Teeth become stained over time due to poor oral hygiene, age, foods and drinks that stain, use of certain medications or use of tobacco products. We offer professional teeth whitening treatments to brighten your smile. Dental bonding or veneers may also be recommended in severe cases.
  • Crooked teeth – This problem can be remedied with orthodontic treatment, such as Invisalign® clear aligners.
  • Bleeding gums – Bleeding gums are often a sign of gum disease. We will examine your mouth to diagnose the cause of your bleeding gums and recommend an appropriate treatment.
  • Bad breath (halitosis) – Bad breath can often be caused by poor oral hygiene, dry mouth, food, use of tobacco products and medical conditions. We will work with you to find the source of your bad breath and recommend an appropriate treatment. This may range from improved oral hygiene at home and maintaining proper hydration to chewing sugarless gum, using saliva substitutes and in extreme cases medical treatments.
